Darcy currently serves as a Health & Physical Education Specialist at P.H.S. Findlay joined the Panthers in 2019 following eight years of teaching & coaching hockey at multiple elite levels. A recipient of a four year NCAA Division 1 Athletic Scholarship, Darcy was named to the All-Academic Team three times, won two College Hockey America Championships, appeared in three NCAA Tournaments and a National Championship Frozen Four. Prior to his time in Bemidji, Findlay was named a three-time CJHL league All-Star, recipient of the Club de la Medaille D’or recognizing student-athletes provincially that excel in sport and academics, and named RBC National Championship Tournament M.V.P. His passion for sports translated to a successful coaching career beginning with Team HEO Program of Excellence, Team Ontario Canada Winter Games, Team Canada East World Junior Championships, CJHL NHL Prospects Game, Team Canada U17 and Associate Head Coach of the Flint Firebirds in the Ontario Hockey League.

- 2017-2018 – Named Coach Team Canada East – World Junior Hockey Championships
- 2017-2018 – Named Coach Team Canada U17 Program of Excellence
- 2018-2019 – Named Coach Team Ontario – Canada Winter Olympic Games
- 2018-2019 – Named Associate Head Coach Flint Firebirds (OHL)
Contribution to Panther Sports: Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, Awarded the Sportsmanship and Dedication for Hockey in 2003-2004.
Darcy has a wife, Bria, and expecting their first child in the summer of 2021.
